With only 80 Days remaining until Reval 2023, today Land and Property Services have published the draft Valuation List in advance of the new 2023 list coming into effect on 1 April 2023.
Ratepayers are encouraged to view the proposed rateable value for their property and request an informal review if you feel it is inaccurate.
Importantly ratepayers should also be aware that this now means there is limited time to submit a challenge against the rateable value of a property in the current 2020 Valuation List as the deadline is 31 March 2023.
