Reval 2023 is edging ever closer and over the next few weeks new business rates bills will be issued to all Ratepayers across Northern Ireland.
With only 30 days until the new Valuation List comes into effect, there is now very limited time remaining for Ratepayers to challenge the rateable value of a property in the current 2020 Valuation List. Any challenges must be submitted to Land and Property Services by 31 March 2023. A successful outcome could result in refunds going back to 1 April 2020, refunds that can be invested straight back into your business.
