In just under three weeks' time, the 2023 Valuation List comes into effect on 1 April.
Business ratepayers should review their current liabilities in preparation for the new list coming into effect, and those intending to challenge the rateable value of their property in the current 2020 list, must lodge an application with Land and Property Services (LPS) no later than 31 March 2023.
