In 2021, Gowlands secured savings of £23,000 for Coleraine Football Club dating back to 2015. We are delighted to confirm that we've made another great strike for the Club, and it’s landed straight in the back of the net!
We submitted a further appeal to the Commissioner of Valuation at Land & Property Services in respect of the 2020 Valuation List and secured additional savings of £9,200.
This reduction represents a 40% decrease from the original Rateable Value before we made the first application to the district valuer in 2020. We are extremely proud to have achieved this level of savings for our local Club, a result that will greatly benefit the Club and the local community!
